Sir Arthur Newsholme and State Medicine, 1885-1935
Not saying this is a bad book; I just didn't get into it. I read about 200 pages. The stuff about Rank is interesting, but a lot of space is given to the drama surrounding Freud's early circle of followers. Some of this is interesting, but most of this drama involves back-stabbing, false accusations, etc., and I personally just don't care all that much about this.
