This is a beautiful, practical cookbook. As someone without much of a sweet tooth who loves baking, I was so excited to find this cookbook. There are at least fifteen recipes here that I look forward to making, and I was pleasantly surprised at how not meat-centric the focus is. A delightful surprise.
