Pakistan in a Nutshell Book

While Mahatma Ghandi was orchestrating India's independence from Britain, Pakistan's founder, Mohammed Ali Jinnah, was negotiating a separate settlement to accommodate India's Muslim population in the eastern and western corners of the subcontinent. From his efforts the new Islamic nation of P.A.K.I.S.T.A.N (Punjab, Afghania, Kashmir, Iran, Sindh, Tukharistan, Afghanistan, Balochistan) emerged in 1947.
