Moral Value and Human Diversity
Contains some useful distinctions in ethics (Aristotilian virtue, Kantian, intuitive, utilitarian), but most of this is old hat if you have any prior interest in the subject. Probably most useful for an undergrad intro course. For a better read on morality and ethics, check this out:
