Leadership, Type and Culture explores within each country featured the use and expansion of the MBTI® instrument. The authors subscribe to the hypothesis that by using the Indicator as a universal tool, a common bond can be built across political, ethnic, and religious boundaries. The worldwide expansion of the MBTI assessment is the thread that pulls this tapestry together, and though it is in its infant stages in a number of countries, this book provides the opportunity to watch the international development of typology.

Leadership researchers from eleven countries joined together to explore leadership from a variety of political, sociological and economic environments. Each contributor factors in his or her country's history, economic model, political system and religious influences. Individual entrepreneurs along with corporate, educational and government leaders are profiled as a means of understanding the culture within which they excelled.
