Scope/Content: The purpose of this book is to use the geography of North, South, and Central America and discuss the history, culture, social and political aspects of Hispanic-Americans.
Accuracy/Authority/Bias: George Ochoa has written other books about the history and culture of Hispanic-Americans. This book is geared towards that ethnic group but wants to teach others about their history. Facts on File is a well-known and trusted publisher.
