How to Dazzle a Duke Book

I don't know why I like Claudia Dain so much. Her books are just fluff with really little story unless you've been reading the entire series. But I do enjoy them a lot. So far, Sophia, Lady Dalby, has matched three couples, none of whom ended up with the person they had supposed. This book is no different. Penelope Prestwick wants to marry a duke and she specifically wants the Duke of Edenham. So she begs Sophia, a famous former courtesan for help. Hours later she's in the same room as him but also with Marquis of Iveston as well as a bunch of other men. She convinces the Marquis of Iveston (also heir to a dukedom) to help her make Edenham jealous. That night, they are at a ball and start behaving scandalously. Soon bets are flying about who Penelope is going to marry.

Okay, I get the falling in love fast thing, but one day? Then seduction? And we're supposed to believe this is going to last forever?
I can get past it because of the good story and the happiness I had with the other books.
