Ending Civil Wars
Another proud failure of the governmental school system weaving his little conspiracies, or what tax money can buy. The facts are there. The understanding isn't there. With brain droppings like:

Of course. See Area 51. After the US seer talked with the Reptilian overlords the US President started NATO as a preemptive measure to counterbalance an organization founded 8 years later. Don't listen to the shills telling you that the Warsaw Pact was, in fact, made to mirror NATO as the seer has clearly pointed out.
