Customs & Etiquette of Holland (Customs & Etiquette Series) Book

I always felt that most of the mistakes I make when negotiating are related to my lack of communication skills. This book has valuable and deep lessons that address exactly to my major weaknesses and that will certainly guide me to achieving better outcomes when negotiating.

I must admit though that it was a quite hard reading for me due to its language not falling under my favourite category - I prefer fundamental approaches to the student workbook-like style. Nothing personal, it is just the way my brain and memory operates better.

If you are like me in this sense, I suggest you to take notes and mark the pages so you can refer back to it when needed.
