American Pragmatism and Democratic Faith
Currently out of print and copies may be difficult to find. This is an excellent collection of epistemological essays dealing with a branch of philosophy concerning the nature, scope, and definition of knowledge - both a priori and a posteriori. It's a field first defined by Scottish philosopher, James Frederick Ferrier (1808-1864).
The essays are focused on what knowledge is, how it is acquired, as well as truth, belief, and Plato's concept (from Gorgia) of justified true belief.
I would not recommend this book to those with a casual interest in the subject matter.
