Melissa Gray is SUCH a good writer, and I adore her approach to recipe testing and tinkering. This book made me want to bake cake RIGHT NOW (admittedly not that hard to do). I loved the sense of her family and office-mates spurring on her baking passion. This was a great read, and I expect the recipes will be even better. So much fun.
