My favorite part is her life in communist Prague, having Vlakav Havel over for evenings of American movies and leaving stacked international newspapers by the front door of her apartment so dissidents could tuck then into their coats as they left.
Interesting office politics notes for anyone considering working at the State DepArtment. And some anecdotes of the troubles US citizens get into abroad, expecting the local embassy to help with.
