Understanding Gender and Organizations

That my OCD/perfectionist/virgo/anal retentive traits to keep everything in it's right place may not be all that great and can actually drive me crazy.
Consider this example I saw on the news. They had a gardener on the show for how to plant a beautiful garden. The female anchor was arranging all the bulbs in neat, concise rows, perfectly spaced. She then asked the gardener why he wasn't doing the same and was just throwing them in. His reply was that mother nature doesn't have such a system, yet look how beautiful the world can be.
I try to apply this metaphor for all of my life lessons, no matter how messy they can get.
