Bagus sekali bukunya. Membuka pengetahuan kata tentang otak, mengapa kita bermimpi, benarkah hanya 5% otak yang digunakan. Selain itu membaca buku ini saya jadi sadar kalau saya telah melukai hak otak saya untuk istirahat jika kita kurang tidur. Wajar kok jika manusia dewasa tidur 7-8 jam per hari. Ada alasannya juga kenapa tidur itu perlu. Ya sudah saya mencoba menidurkan diri dengan lebih baik. Walaupun susah sekali (sampai saat ini pun tidak bisa tidur saya itu masih parah) tapi semoga saja saya berhasil membuat tidur saya teratur karena ini juga investasi kesehatan masa nanti.
