Easy read.... Perfect for those who need guidance in choosing the right partner...  There are some very useful exercises which I recommend to do as these makes it easier for you to understand and see where and why you act the way you do. Although most of it focuses on relationships, it has an interesting insight on the psychoanalysis of your emotional structure which I found very liberating.... The exercises in there was not only fun to do but also highlighted the behaviour patterns of the relationships you have been involved in, whether you keep going to the same kind of people, you rebel or go for the complete opposite, or like me.. have learnt from past experiences even before I started reading this book. Never the less, this book has helped me feel at ease that I am at least aiming in the right direction... Again, at times it gets a little too spiritual but I'm starting to realise that spiritual thinking are all part in parcel with all these psychology type of books..
