Condoleezza Rice Book

This book called John Quincy Adams tells the story of his challenges and successes. It follows him from childhood to the White House and what happened after. This book will give insight on what it takes to be a president. This book will teach literacy unfolding world events and allowing students to visualize presidency in a whole new way. The teacher can make a fun activity from this by turning the classroom into a presidential election and the students can can write why they think they should be president. This activity build student's literacy skills by introducing them persuasive writing and teach history at the same time.
