Mergers and Acquisitions to Mergers and Acquisitions: Issues from the Mid-Century Merger Wave
Brigham and Houston's text seems pretty informative, but I found myself frequently supplementing this text with additional resources. I also found that some of the concepts presented were not explained clearly or sufficiently enough for introductory financial management students. At best, this book serves as an introduction to new concepts that the reader will need to research further (and, in some instances, much further) on his/her own to develop a good fundamental understanding of financial management.
