Tastes and Flavors of Mochi
A good collection of recipes, all suited to the home cook. Recipes range from safe and comforting to exotic and exciting. I didn't like the photos. There are lots of photographs of the location, of people and produce, but not nearly enough depicting the dishes in the book. The writing is good, the author shares the history of the included recipes.
While I like the selection of recipes, I hesitate to recommend buying this book. Look through it first to see if anything jumps out at you. Otherwise, borrow it from the library.
