Jist's Putting the Bars Behind You: Instructor's Resource Manual
The author made a few points that I hadn't considered, but generally speaking, I found this book to be a little too repetitive, dated, and pretty light on insight for 370+ pages.
Many example résumés are included, each annotated with one of two of Farr's comments. The author makes great suggestions (IMHO) for people returning to the workforce and those without formal education.
I wouldn't recommend buying this book, but if you can borrow it... Cover to cover, my sunk cost is about 14 hours.
