Keep It Simple Book

This book is meant to bring comfort to all those who suffer internally. It is a guide to travel through the tunnel that we all have inside. By no means is it patronizing. It is written from a level of emotional struggle as it craves for the light.

It aims for the reconstruction of an existence after it has fallen entirely into tiny pieces. A search for hope and for meaning in life without being an expert. A battle to live life in solitude when it is unexpected and undesired.

Perhaps in telling a story the heart may find relief. Maybe we realize that we are not alone in our personal sorrow. Perhaps there"s hope and we may finally reach the light at the end of the tunnel.
