World History Biographies: Joan of Arc: The Teenager Who Saved her Nation Book

I read this book after reading "Voices: The Final Hours of Joan of Arc" by David Elliott because I wanted to learn more about Joan of Arc. This book portrayed her life, trial and death in enough detail to give a clear picture of how she lived, but not too much detail which might overwhelm the reader. I think the intended audience would be a middle grade student doing research on this saint, or just wanting to find out more about her. I was pleased to see that the her life was represented in Voices with facts that were mentioned in this book also, sometimes including a little more background information. I enjoyed it and I think it's a good book for a student to use.
