Where Is Baby's Pumpkin?: A Lift the Flap Book Book

Each page has a sturdy flap to peek under: "Is it under the leaves?" Beneath the pile of bright fall leaves she discovers a black cat (compare the cat to the costume she is wearing herself). Behind the curtain is a friendly ghost. Happy bats hide in the closet (double doors open on this spread). Hidden by bowls on the table are candy apples, and under the bed is a pointy hat. Finally, Baby opens the door to the outside and discovers her special pumpkin on the porch and heads out to go trick-or-treating with her not-so-spooky friends. Perfect to introduce Halloween to the youngest listeners. Sturdy enough to survive multiple readings (and much handling), this will make a great "treat."
