World War 2 was fought in China, Burma and India by Allied Forces that included American, British, Indian and Chinese troops. This story is a personal account of an American Army Signal Corps Company that, during its two-year tour of duty serviced all of these, while scattered in all three countries. This was accomplished at the end of a 15,000-mile supply line and in a theater-of-operations that enjoyed last priority in Washington, D.C.. Supplies to isolated China were flown over the mighty Himalayan Mountains (The Hump) and, because of tonnage limitations, included not American food.
