When four aging Christian ladies meet over an Internet bridge table the results are zany, slightly irreverent, and heartwarming. Old Belles and Pink Boas is a story of love, friendship, and humor that follows Joanie Benson as she boards a bus in Atlanta, Georgia bound for London, Ontario to support her seventy-three-year-old bridge partner, Markie, who is awaiting the results of medical testing. When Markie's condition is diagnosed as treatable, there is cause for celebration and thanksgiving. Three of the bridge players plan and make a trip to Savannah, Georgia to attend the "Interdenominational Experience in Spirituality." The weekend evolves into a combination of spiritual growth and comedy.
