Code Red! Code Red! We are under attack! Break out the plastic sheathing and duct tape! No, it s not a biological terror attack it s the first book of political cartoons by Ed Hall. From anthrax scares to aircraft carrier landings, no story is too diverse or too extreme for this freelance, cartooning maverick. Chronicling the top stories of 2002 and 2003, Code Red is a thought provoking and humorous look at the circus that makes up American politics. Code Red shines a bright light on government with insightful images and fearless opinions. And no one is spared. John Ashcroft, Jeb and George Bush, Colin Powell, the French, Dick Cheney; they re all in there. And don t forget your favorite crazy dictator/evil-doer from Kim Jong IL to Osama to Saddam, Ed s sharp pen goes after them all. Hall considers himself an "attack" cartoonist, and if you re in the way, watch out; because he hits with all the subtly of a sledge hammer.
