Come Look with Me: Exploring Landscape Art with Children
This is probably the one that is the most difficult. Some of the landscapes because of their original size are presented in a very small format for the book. It is hard to find the details. I think this will be one of the last books I will use. By that time they can choose the pictures they enjoy and will be able to explain why.
The Mountains and Sea could spark a water color experiment. And Mr. Dinosaur lover will love the o'Keefe bone picture even though he will be disappointed that it is not a dinosaur bone only perspective. And I think we are going to have fun creating our own local rendition of New York Waterfront, only ours will be with paper parts.
