Focus on school climate in the middle school Book

Great book, but also quite complex. I would suggest that those reading it have a purpose.

We are definitely using this book as we develop our speed reading course. I would say it's advanced grammar for people who want to really appreciate the bigger picture of how grammar is used. In truth it is unfortunate that grammar teaching does not explicitly include much of what Tufte is saying.

I really like how she goes back through nearly every section of grammar and describes with multiple examples in detail how authors use these techniques to build a particular effect. So brilliantly observed and articulated. I can't imagine how much research this took.

Bravo for sure. Will be reading her other book to glean her insight for the upcoming course we're doing.
