Marketing (Introduction to business studies) Book

I found this book to be very well written and comprehensive. The author was quite thorough and did a great job of leading me through the whole process. I learned a lot of things I would never have thought of doing or not doing. I purchased mine from the authors website along with the companion DVD. The DVD has a lot of forms and examples that you can print out and use right away. It also has an example client interview which was helpful and a basic obedience workshop. The book also has examples like a sample agreement, advertisements, etc. If you're starting a dog walking business make sure to get this book!
