I didn't personally find the instruction in this book useful, because it's meant for athletes who are at a much higher level than I am - there is a lot of integration with Judo, which I'm not ready to start adding into my grappling wheelhouse. Still, it's an awesome book. I can't wait until I've put in the mat time to be able to revisit, study, and try these techniques in sparring.
