A 6 star book!
Joan Webb knows firsthand what it is like to be a perfectionist and she has found freedom in embracing imperfection. This book comes alongside the perfectionist to gently help her see that perfectionism is not really her friend and it is not working to manage her life the way she thinks it is. She is not preachy or condemning but offers hope, authenticity with self, God and others…and relief.
My perfectionistic side wants to share all the great things I read in this book...but I recognize that that desire is also making procrastinate entering this book because it makes me feel overwhelmed with the task...so, in honor of imperfection, here is my short review. :)
In my opinion, if you are a perfectionist, you will not be sorry you read this book. It is a book I plan to read again!
