Pictures for every recipe = thumbs up and they look deliiiiicious!
Some perfectly ridiculous burgers = umm, I am never going to MAKE a Rumpsteak Burger (made with rump steak, bone marrow, and topped with a snail & parsley butter), or a Fillet Burger Rossini (with foie gras, truffle glaze and celeriac remoulade). Gimme a break!!! (...Although should someone else cook one of those for me, I will most definitely eat it.)
As far as a burger food-porn cookbook goes, this one is excellent. As far as actual, practical execution of any of these recipes, well... I don't think I can even buy some of these ingredients in Moose Jaw.
