Every time Fox wants to hang out with his friends his mom sticks him with babysitting his little sister, Louise. Louise can be sneaky, too, climbing up into high places where Fox doesn't want to go. True siblings! Fox's friends also entice him to go swimming and shirk his crossing-guard responsibilities, which he does - for a short time. A nightmare about a dangerous street crossing sends him running back to his post (without his clothes!). Fans of Fox stories will enjoy this first-reader, which manages to be funny for all ages even with its limited vocabulary.
