In the late 1800s, the /Xam tribe of the Khoisan was almost dying out. The language is now extinct, meaning that an entire culture has been lost. Can you imagine the beautiful poems and stories that we have lost because of greed, superiority, and the search for progress? Some of the poems are beautiful, but it's still sad.
