When I first got this book I 'd purchased it for my wife. I leafed through it with interest but not expecting much. After she read it, she thanked me and suggested I might enjoy reading it. So I started at the beginning... I won't say this book changed my life but it kind of did. It opened my eyes and gave me new insight or rather a tool or tools to help me help myself with insight. It helped change the negative to positive in my thought process and learn to learn a little more about who I am. it's a book that makes you think and can be as much of an interactive tool as you allow it to be! 5 stars for being an easy read, helpful, having great interactive lessons and for content that is well researched and written and most of all for providing content that touched me on many levels.
