Wie een compleet handboek met een stapsgewijs beschreven aanpak om te veranderen verwacht, komt bedrogen uit (is misschien ook te blauw). Het boek biedt daarentegen wel inzichten in de dynamiek rond veranderen. Het gelezene moet bij mij nog wel bezinken. Ik vond het wel boeiend om te lezen en heeft me wel geholpen om de kleurentheorie te doorgronden. Het is volgens mij inderdaad wel een handig handvat. Veel theoriën, maar ook praktijkvoorbeelden die e.e.a. goed illustreren en de theorie onderbouwen. 4 Sterren omdat het wel een standaard werk is, en niet voor niets.
