Cultural Tug of War: The Korean Immigrant Family and Church in Transition
The author of this book has taken the book of John, from the ESV Bible, and written some really relevant sermonettes for high school students. These sermonettes are called "3-Story Scenes" where there is an intersection between God's Story (Jesus), My Story (Me), and Their Story (Friends)
In other words, Jesus will reveal God's story to someone in the book of John by connecting to their story. That person, being touched by God's story, gets swept into God's story. Naturally, they respond with a fire to share God's story, and My Story, with others (Their Story).
This book will inspire High School students to stop trying to browbeat or convince others to become "saved". It's all about falling in love with Jesus and letting that love flow to others.
