Near Earth Objects, Our Celestial Neighbours (IAU S236): Opportunity and Risk

Great collection of space-science-society-type papers. The authors come from mostly a mostly British educational background, so it is also gives a good taste an international persepctive. There are a few papers from archaeologists (sorry - "archeology" for the Brits) which help validate the impact of recent space exploration on the planet's society as a whole.
