Book Review:I feel that this book taught an imperative lesson to teens. This is because throughout the story, each character makes mistakes similar to any person of their same age group, but in the end of the novel, each character learns from their actions and finds ways to prevent other conflicts from occurring the second time around. I highly recommend this novel for middle aged teens because the author, Melissa J. Morgan, did an excellent job of making the characters relate to teens of this generation.

Plot Summary: In the beginning of the book, Camp Walla Walla was a normal camp full of adventure and fun just like how any other camp would be. Like always, the camp directors were in charge of every child at the camp.However,When the camp's head counselor decided to make it an annual thing that one day each year, all the camp's regular procedures would be flipped totally opposite and that one of the camp's bunk groups would be in charge based on whether or not they won the camp talent show, everything went wrong. Though the group that won thought they would have everything under control, it turns out they were totally wrong. The girls could not handle organizing breakfast for dinner, taking care of in mature second graders, hosting evening activities in the morning and all of the other things that you must do in order to run the camp. On top of that, this group of girls had lots of boy drama which specifically had to do with two of the girls who had a conflict over the same boy. In the end though, all the girls learned an important lesson which was that they should appreciate the staff's hard work for they now know how it feels to be in the staff's shoes.
