Quality through Engineering Design Book

If you are trying to figure out the why to Yoga this is a great read. This book talks about where each idea of Yoga philosophy originated and, though sometimes difficult to read, well worth the time.

Once you get past the first couple of chapters, the text flows a bit easier though still many non-english words. I found it interesting to see some of the native words (usually with a translation) and it made me feel more desire to truly incorporate the knowledge into my yoga practice.
