Understanding Attachment
This book has a lot of great information and history. That is great and truly useful, for someone else. It's not a long book but the text is small and the information is dense, I didn't finish it. I needed more of ways to help a child with attachment issues as an adoptive parent. If this book has that I didn't get through the history of the world learning about attachment to get to it. 4 stars because it's not the books fault I chose poorly.
