The first book for the Managerial Economics class in my MBA program.
Well, the content is difficult, to be sure; however, this textbook does an outstanding job of explaining the ideas, and placing them in practical contexts. Unless you are interested in indifference curves, supply & demand, incentives, etc., though, I wouldn't pick it up.
As a textbook, it's probably one of the best I've ever had.
