Real Estate Principles and Practices Book

I Am Adopted by Susan Lapsley features a young boy named Charles. The story starts by Charles introducing himself and saying he is adopted. He then continues to say other things about himself, like he has a tractor that was given to him on his birthday, and how he has a friend called Mark. He also explains he has a little sister named Sophie, and she is adopted as well. During the entire story, he says things normal families do together.
The reason he says all the normal things they do as a family is because he is explaining that just because he's adopted, it doesn't make him different than others. This book faces a social issue and explains it so that other children won't be shocked if one of their classmates is adopted. The illustrations in this book seem to be made with watercolors. The relationship between the text and the images is a symmetrical interaction, meaning the pictures show what the text says.
